Grace served as a Student Coordinator for UWL's 2020 Creative Imperatives Workshop. This year’s festival showcased arts and arts-connected work that celebrates female-identified artists, challenges patriarchal structures, and/or disrupts gender norms in the arts, humanities, sciences, and social sciences.  In addition to spotlight events with our invited guests, the festival included workshops, exhibits, presentations, and performances created by UWL students, faculty, and staff. This festival was headlined by internationally touring rapper, singer, and writer Dessa. 

Grace was in charge of social media promotion, scheduling student photographers, and acted as the head coordinator for seven individual sessions. She also acted as a liaison, personal assistant and assistant stage manager for our headlining artists, Dessa and the band MONAKR during their time onsite.
